1. HOW TO USE IT?

In order to have your charging pad/stand/block charging your devices properly, you should 
      1. unpack the charger
      2. insert the type C wire into the charger and the adapter, provided with the package
      3. plug in the adapter
      4. place your gadgets on the charger 
      5. make sure your devices started to charge

2. HOW FAST WILL IT CHARGE ALL THE DEVICES?

Your devices will be charged within 2-2.5 hrs if you use the original Quezqa adapter.

3. CAN I CHARGE MY PHONE WITH A CASE ON?

Yes, as long as there are no metal particles in or on it.

4. WHAT ADAPTER SHOULD I USE?

There is a 3.0 wall adapter in the package to be used with the product.

5. HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Standard delivery takes from 3 to 5 business days, depending on the shipping address. Expedited delivery takes 2 business days. Please allow us one day to process your order.
