In order to have your charging pad/stand/block charging your devices properly, you should
1. unpack the charger
2. insert the type C wire into the charger and the adapter, provided with the package
3. plug in the adapter
4. place your gadgets on the charger
5. make sure your devices started to charge

Remove the phone case or replace it with a thinner case (less than 0,25 in)
Try to move your gadget on the pad and find a better position for charging
Exit all the apps on your phone
Do not use your gadgets while they are charging
Restart the wireless charger
Make sure the temperature in the room is less than 25 degrees C (77 F)

Check if your phone supports wireless charging. iPhone models below 8 and Samsung … do not support wireless charging.
If your phone does have the wireless charging feature, try to move it around the charger to find a spot for it to charge.
Yes, it can. As far as your phone case is thinner than 6 mm (0,25 in)
We have an adapter 3.0 in the package for every single product.
There is no apple watch wireless charger in the package, except for X 12 Wireless Charging Stand. We require our customers to have their own iWatch cable for other charging stations.
No, it will not. Our products have smart technology, which protects your phone from overheating. As soon as your phone gets 100%, the charger will automatically turn off.
You will be able to receive your package within 2-3 days after placing your order. It might take a little longer for remote areas such as Alaska, ...
