Warranties

Quezqa stands for quality and professional customer support service. We are pleased to provide you with a 12-months warranty from the date of purchase for all of our products. Customers may purchase an extended warranty for 6 or 3 months together with the products on quezqa.com.


In case your product malfunctions or fails to perform according to the specifications, you may be eligible for a free replacement within the mentioned time of warranty. In order to request a replacement under this warranty conditions, please contact our Customer Support team, providing the following information:

- Confirmation of purchase order (order number or receipt);

- Photo/video of the malfunctioning product;

- Explicit description of the issue.


Please note that we cannot proceed with a replacement if there is no valid order confirmation.


If the problem you are facing is not resolvable, you will be able to receive a replacement at no extra cost. Please be notified that the refunds are only applicable during the first 30 days after purchase. 


Important note: warranties do not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, external causes such as act of nature or shipping hazards, operation outside of the intended use, or damage caused by accident, abuse of the product. Moreover, we do not proceed with any replacements of the non-Quezqa products.
