1. IS THERE A WARRANTY PERIOD?
Yes, every customer gets a 12-month warranty.
2. IS THERE AN APPLE WATCH CHARGER?
No, there is no Apple Watch charging cord. There is, however, a built-in USB port for your own Apple watch Charger. Please follow the instructions provided in the image section of this page or in the user manual.
3. IS THERE AN AIRPODS CHARGER?
Yes, the AirPods charging cord is already preinstalled into the X-Trines Wireless Charger. You can charge any AirPods generation with it.
4. HOW TO USE IT?
In order to have your charging pad/stand/block charging your devices properly, you should
1. unpack the charger
2. insert the type C wire into the charger and the adapter, provided with the package
3. plug in the adapter
4. place your gadgets on the charger
5. make sure your devices started to charge
5. CAN I USE IT SEPARATELY?
Yes, it is possible. The X-Trines Wireless Charger can be put together for charging 5 gadgets all at once, or separated into 3 parts and used individually. Each part has its own type C port and can be plugged in separately. For your convenience, there are 2 type C cords in the package.
6. HOW FAST WILL IT CHARGE ALL THE DEVICES?
Your devices will be charged within 2-2.5 hrs if you use the original Quezqa adapter.
7. CAN I CHARGE MY PHONE WITH A CASE ON?
Yes, as long as there are no metal particles, pop sockets, credit cards in or on your phone.
8. IS THERE AN ADAPTER IN THE PACKAGE?
Yes, there is a 3.0 wall adapter in the package to be used with the product.
9. WHAT DEVICES CAN I CHARGE WITH IT?

10. WILL IT CHARGE APPLE WATCH 6 AND IPHONE 12?
Yes, both models can be charged with X12 Wireless Charging Stand.
11. CAN I CHARGE MY PHONE HORIZONTALLY?
Yes, X12 Wireless Charging Stand supports both horizontal and vertical phone position charging.
12. HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Free standard delivery takes from 3 to 5 business days, depending on the shipping address. Expedited delivery takes 2 business days. Please allow us one day to process your order.
